neeaconsulting.com implements Ideas Management at Staples Office Center

Using the unique Force.com technology - from Salesforce.com - neeaconsulting.com just finished the successful implementation of the new "Staples Ideas" - an internal ideas management solution - at Staples Office Center.

The new Staples Ideas solution serves around 900 employees, 2 business units and 12 departments - from HR to Top Management - in more than 30 sites.

The project was completed in 4 weeks and included the areas of: system architecture and design, workflow and alerts, reporting and KPI and system integration.

This project will empower all Staples employees to submit their ideas for improve the performance of the company and gives them real-time feedback on the idea status while it passes through all internal approvals from the several departments involved.
